  • Who runs this page?

    • Panic! Updating was created by fans wanting to help other fans stay updated on their favorite band Panic! at the Disco! Our co-owners are Vanessa, Raquel and Nick. We are in no way affiliated with the band or anyone on Panic! at the Disco's team.

  • How do we send Brendon Urie mail?

    • Brendon has a P.O. box where you can send him mail! If you would like something signed by him, include a return envelope with paid stampage and you might get lucky enough to receive it back! Note: If you send him mail while he's on tour, he will not check it until he comes back. Also, be patient with expecting your mail from him, it takes a few weeks up to a couple of months to receive it.

901 N Fairfax Ave. , #176 Los Angeles CA 90046-7203

  • Can we give gifts, fan letters, art etc. to Brendon or the band while on tour?

    • Yes! Zack Hall (band manager/security) has allowed this to happen by placing a drop-off at the House of Memories VIP Lounge. If you do not have VIP, find some fans that do and kindly ask them to do you the favor of delivering your items to the drop-off.

  • Does VIP include meet and greets? How can we meet Brendon? How are people meeting Brendon backstage?

    • VIP does NOT include a meet and greet. The only way to meet Brendon is if you bump into him somewhere on the streets or by radio meet and greet contests. We always post contests that are held by radio's on our Twitter and Instagram so make sure to turn our notifications on! People that meet Brendon backstage have connections to either the band, or someone that works at the venue. NOTE: Please do not wait outside the band's tour bus, Zack has stated many times he will never meet anyone outside the tour bus due to a previous bad experience.

  • What time should we arrive at the concert if we have VIP?

    • As stated above, you will receive an email a few days prior to your event, but if you have King of the Clouds or Only Gold is Hot Enough VIP your arrival at the check-in should be no later than 5. As for Silver Lining VIP, check-in is no later than 6.

  • What should I bring to the concert?

    • Each venues have different policies. We suggest you bring as few items as possible to avoid confiscation at the door. Clear plastic bags/backpacks are suggested to help the security process. We suggest contacting the venue for bag size policy.

  • Can I bring a camera to the venue?

    • You may bring ANY camera you have as long as you bring one lens and NO camera bag. Panic! has lifted the camera policy at every single one of their shows. If security stops you at the door, ask to speak to a supervisor.

  • What time should I get to the venue? What time are doors?

    • If you would like to buy merch early or get in line for a fortune from The Amazing Beebo, we suggest you arrive about an hour early. We do not know what time doors are for every single venue (each venue across the U.S. is different), therefore we suggest you contact the venue via phone or social media.

  • What is "The Amazing Beebo"? Where is he located? How much is it? Is it only for VIP holders?

    • The Amazing Beebo is a fortune telling machine. Insert $5 and you will receive a fortune OR if you're lucky enough, you may receive a ticket upgrade or merch bundle! Each venue is different, therefore we do not know where it will be located. Arrive early and go on a look out for it! The fortune telling machine will ONLY give 500 fortunes out each night. It is available to ANYONE as long as you have $5 and are one of the first 500 fans! The machine only takes 1 and 5 dollar bills.

  • How much is merch? Do the merch stands take cash or card?

    • We have included the merch prices and pictures in the "Merch" section. The stands take cash AND card. There are two stands, one that takes both cash and card, and another that takes cash only.

  • Will the merch sold at shows be available online after tour?

    • We do not know, but in the past that has been an option.

  • Who can I contact if there is something wrong with the merch I've ordered online or at the store?

    • For comments or concerns with Panic! at the Disco merch, please contact and email support@manheadmerch.com!

  • What is the setlist for the Pray For The Wicked Tour?

    • Here is the setlist, It may change in certain circumstances such as Brendon getting sick and having to cut off a few songs to save his voice from straining or if the band is running late. We do not know if it will change for the overseas concerts.

  • What is the “Hearts Project”? What are the hearts for?

    • The Hearts Project is a fan run movement in support of the LGBTQIA+ community where rainbow paper hearts are cut out and passed out at each Panic! At The Disco show. During the song Girls/Girls/Boys, the hearts are held up and cell phone flashlights are shown through them. This lights the crowd up with rainbows. Thousands and thousands of fans worked hard to make this project nationwide during the Death Of A Bachelor tour and it has continued on since. The Panic! crew have voiced their excitement for the movement, and it has brought Panic! fans closer than ever before.

  • How do I get a heart at a concert?

    • Because each show is ran by a different group of fans, the methods for distributing hearts vary. Generally they will either be placed on seats, or passed out by fans around the venue. If you do not get a heart, you can always ask a fan with one where they received their’s and they will more than likely be able to point you in the right direction.

  • How can I sign up to run the Panic Updating Snapchat for my concert?

    • To sign up click here. We will contact you a few days prior to your concert if you've been selected.

  • Why don't you guys do shout-outs or retweets?

    • The main reason we don't shout-out accounts or retweet requests is because we get tons of these requests daily. If we fullfill one person's request then we must do it for everyone in order to make it fair. If we did this, it would take hours to fulfill everyone's requests, therefore that is why we choose not to do it.

  • What if I can no longer attend a panic concert and must sell my ticket?

    • We have an account where you can tweet the ticket information!
